Did you know that you can invest passively in real estate using certain retirement accounts? There are currently two great ways you can grow your retirement account with real estate. The best part? It can be tax free.
The most common way to do this is with a Self-Directed IRA. With this form of IRA you are investing post tax dollars, so is it can grow tax free until retirement.
The other method of investing is a solo 401k. This is a bit different in that it is for solo business owners with no employees. This is a narrower option for investors to qualify for, yet it is an option.
If you do not have an IRA set up already, we can help you find a trust company to help you set one up. And as always, please consult your tax advisor and investment advisor to determine the best options for you.
